Mix Recipe #2: Best Ever Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookie!

Mix Recipe #2:
Best Ever
Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookie Mix!
Here's the Recipe:
1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips
1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
1 cup Biscuit and Baking Mix (Bisquick)
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Biscuit and Baking Mix (Bisquick)
Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide-mouth
1-quart canning jar.
Pack each layer into place before adding the next ingredient.
To Make the Cookies Add:
1 Jar Best Ever Butterscotch Cookie Mix
1/2 cup Butter or Margarine, Melted
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
Baking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  In a medium bowl, cream
the butter, egg and vanilla.
Add the Best Ever Butterscotch Cookie Mix and stir
until well blended.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are a light golden brown.

I wouldn't use Magic Mix, but Bisquick is Perfect!
